-If you place your order before 2:30PM if you are inside Greater Cairo You will receive it within 1 to3 working days.

If you are outside Greater Cairo, you will receive it within 3 to 7 working days According to your governorate delivery lead time.

-There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Returns Process 

• You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange products and you can contact us on 01004800810.

The returns process requires:

•  Return the relevant products in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging inside the box You must take reasonable care of any products that you wish to return and not use them. 
• The products must be returned in their original conditions.
•  We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession and may reject the request to return, exchange or refund. 
•  In the case of faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, we may offer you a substitute or replacement product or we will give you a full refund through the possible means, including any delivery charges you paid for (if any). 
• In any case, you must return the faulty, damaged or incorrect products to us as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied.
